Will study cell fate decision and lineage specification in hematopoietic stem and multipotent progenitor populations to modulate lineage output for therapeutic purpose in diseases and aging context. This project will involve primary mouse and human stem cell sorting, multi-color flow cytometry, mouse disease models, human patient samples, 3D bone marrow organoid models, single-cell RNA-Sequencing, and general molecular and cellular biology techniques.

Working Conditions

This position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.

Salary Range

Base pay is commensurate with experience.
