Engineering | Electrical and Computer EngineeringPerforms research on characterizing the theoretical performance guarantee for various machine learning methods; and designing fast and efficient algorithms and analyzing the convergence performance of those algorithms; co-authors scientific publications and reports to sponsors; mentors graduate students.
Additional Information:
Minimum Education Requirement: Doctorate (Academic)
#1 Major: Operational Research
#2 Major: Engineering
Required: Doctoral degree in Operational Research or Engineering, with expertise in the fields of optimization, machine learning, nonlinear and computational methods, applied mathematics, experimental methodologies for optimization algorithms.
Desired: Self-motivated and able to work in a team with minimal supervision. Strong written communication skills.
